1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of any service on the ak44 platform. They constitute a legal agreement between you and ak44. By opening an account or starting to use the services on the platform, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — refers to ak44's website, mobile application and all associated digital services.
• "Member" — the individual or entity operating a registered account on ak44.
• "Services" — slot games, live casino, sports betting, virtual games and all other entertainment products available on the platform.
• "Funds" — the amount of money held in a member's account, including any bonus or promotional balance.
• "Real Money" — money deposited by the member personally, which is not a bonus.

1.2 Scope of Applicability

These terms apply to all services of ak44. Separate terms may apply to specific games or promotions — in such cases both sets of terms apply together. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms take precedence.

2 Account Registration

To use services on ak44, a personal account must be opened. Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each member may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, mobile number and payment information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• ak44 is able to detect attempts to operate multiple accounts from the same IP address or device, and this constitutes a violation of the terms.
• A valid mobile number is required for account registration. Identity is confirmed through OTP verification.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ak44 may verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested if necessary. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

All services of ak44 are available only to individuals aged 21 years or older. Anyone under the age of 21 may not register or use services on the platform.

3.1 Age Verification

Age is determined based on the date of birth provided at registration. ak44 may request proof of age at any time. If a discrepancy is found in age-related information, the account will be closed immediately.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

Access to the platform may be restricted from certain regions. It is entirely the member's own responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations of their area.

4 Account Security

Ensuring the security of a member's account is their own responsibility. Login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone else.

4.1 Password Management

• Use a strong password — a combination of numbers, letters and special characters.
• It is advisable to change your password regularly.
• Avoid logging in from someone else's device or a public network.
• If any unauthorised activity on the account is suspected, notify ak44 support immediately.

4.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring or allowing another person to use an account is strictly prohibited. ak44 reserves the right to close accounts operated through a third party.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Popular payment methods in Bangladesh are supported for deposits and withdrawals on ak44. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the account automatically.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals generally take 5 to 30 minutes to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, although exceptions may apply in relevant cases.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

5.3 Irregular Transactions

ak44 reserves the right to investigate suspicious or unusual transactions. During an investigation, the funds in the relevant account may be temporarily held.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ak44 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000 and wagering will be ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Before claiming any bonus, it is required to read the detailed terms of the relevant promotion.
• Misusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• ak44 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion at any time.

6.3 Cashback

VIP members receive weekly cashback. A Gold tier member will receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 on a weekly net loss of ৳20,000, which is the maximum rate for that tier.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

Decisions regarding betting and gaming on ak44 are made in accordance with the applicable game rules and platform policies.

7.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless permitted by the specific game's own rules.
• If an incorrect bet is accepted due to a technical error, ak44 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• In sports betting, rules for placing bets after a match has started depend on the terms of the specific event.

7.2 Results and Disputes

In the event of any dispute regarding game results, ak44's server logs and the game provider's records will be considered final. Members must contact support via live chat or email to resolve a dispute.

7.3 System Errors

If any payment is made based on incorrect information displayed due to a technical or software issue, ak44 reserves the right to correct this afterwards.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak44. Violations will result in account closure and funds may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person or using another person's account.
• Misusing the bonus system, or attempting to artificially fulfil bonus requirements through collaborative betting or bet hedging.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Engaging in threatening or abusive behaviour towards other members or support staff.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's name.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

In certain circumstances, ak44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account.

9.1 Closure by ak44

• For violating the terms and conditions.
• For failing identity verification or providing false information.
• For participating in prohibited activities.
• For prolonged inactivity (details on the specific period are available from support).

9.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their account themselves, they may contact support. It is the member's own responsibility to withdraw any real money balance before the account is closed. Self-exclusion and limit-setting options are also available in the Responsible Gaming guidelines.

10 Limitation of Liability

ak44 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service, however the service may be disrupted in certain circumstances.

10.1 Service Disruption

ak44 will not be liable for losses if the service is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or external causes. Applicable bets may be cancelled or suspended in the event of such disruption.

10.2 Member's Own Responsibility

A member is responsible for the activities they carry out in their own account. ak44 is not liable for any loss caused by internet connection issues or device faults.

10.3 Third-Party Content

The ak44 platform contains content from various game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution). ak44 bears limited liability for technical issues caused by these third parties.

11 Data Protection and Privacy

ak44 is committed to protecting members' personal information. Full details of how member data is collected, stored and used are provided in the Privacy Policy.

11.1 Purpose of Data Use

• For account verification and management.
• For payment processing and fraud prevention.
• For sending members relevant promotional information (members may opt out at any time).

12 Terms & Conditions Changes
